On February 1, 1987, a child was born to Shalonda Taylor-Roberts. He graduated from C.H. Yoe High School of Cameron, Texas. A gifted football player whose talent, determination and passion for the game touched the lives of so many. Shane was also well known as a barber. His chair became a place where people feel comfortable, share stories, laugh and feel valued. He will always be remembered for his dancing, friendly ways and love for others and most of all his family.
Lastly, he is survived by: His mother, Shalonda Taylor- Roberts of Temple, Texas and his mother/grandmother Paulette Blaylock of Cameron, Texas. 4 sisters, Tyonna Roberts, Alondra Roberts of Houston, Texas, Carolee Blaylock and Monica Montez of Cameron, Texas. 3 uncles/brothers Rickie Taylor, Brian Blaylock and Bobby Blaylock of Cameron, Texas. 3 sons, Shane Taylor JR, Sa'Meair Taylor and Sa'yer Taylor of Cameron, Texas. 2 daughters; Scarlett Taylor and Sincere Paulette Taylor of Cameron, Texas. 1 cousin/brother: Shaddarwin (Beatle) Blaylock of Cameron, Texas. 2 Aunts, Emma (Bill) Lawson and Gladys Keith of Cameron, Texas. 3 uncles, Hubert Henderson, Henry Taylor and Willie (Mary) Taylor of Cameron, Texas. A long-loving partner, Veronica Garcia. A host of nieces, nephews and family and friends. Proceeded in death; grandfather, Bobby Joe Blaylock Sr. Grandmother, MaryJo Blaylock and Dorothy Dean Taylor.
