Pamela Kaye Smith was born on March 14, 1967, to Palmer J. Smith and the late Bettie Tillman in Boston, MA.
Pam was an active member at Greater Framingham Community Church in Framingham, MA, and a Minister at New Hope Full Gospel Baptist Church in Hyannis, MA. She enjoyed being an active member in church, from morning worships to Bible studies and singing in the choir.
Pam devoted most of her life in assisting and mentoring battered women in shelters and was well-known for “always trying to guide people in the right path.” Throughout her life, she has successfully fought many trials and tribulations to overcome her own obstacles, which molded and grounded her into the strong woman she is well known for.
Pamela Kaye Smith was a God-fearing woman who wasn’t afraid to take risks and make mistakes...and turn them around and learn from them. She was a loving and caring mother, sister, aunt, friend, and faithful servant. She will never be forgotten and will be missed dearly.
Pamela is preceded in death by her mother; Bettie Tillman, a younger brother, Craig; and a niece, Renita.
She is survived by her five children; Alicia Godfrey, Christopher Wilkins, Kayla Majors, Di’Lon and Denzel Smith; six grandchildren, Jaydah Wilkens, Terrell and Kali’Rose Mair, Tiana Smith, Jordin Rodriguez, and Di’Lon Smith, Jr.; two sisters, Lisa Smith and Paulette Smith-Kimble, and a late younger brother, Craig Smith. She leaves behind her Aunt Aida Bethea and Uncle Robert Menard in Temple, Texas; nieces Janeé and Jalesa Leary, a late niece Renita Smith, young nephew, Quentin Kimble II and great-niece Ja’mya Smith.
