Lisa S. Moore made her final transition to her eternal resting place with her Lord and Savior on November 25, 2024 in Austin, Texas.
Lisa was born April 23, 1965 in Waco, Texas to Bill and Ruth Moore, Sr. She grew up in Temple Texas and graduated from Temple High School class of 1983. Starting in her teenage years through her early adulthood, Lisa worked as a nurturing daycare teacher. Lisa later moved to Austin, Texas, where she lived for over 35 years. She was a member of Mt. Zion Church in Austin, Texas since 1985 where she was a dedicated member of the choir.
Lisa had a heart of charity and giving. She enjoyed working and what she did for a career. Lisa was a Residential Supervisor at the Texas, Workforce Commission Criss Cole Residential Center for the Blind.
She loved the Lord and her family. She enjoyed arts and crafts using that skill to make lasting memories for her loved ones. She enjoyed party planning and was an avid football fan as well as other sports. Her suitcases were always packed and ready for travel and adventure
Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Moore.
She is survived and cherished by her father, Bill Moore Sr., sisters Regina Moore-Shedrick of Marlin, Texas and Dena Moore-Taylor of Crosby, Texas brother Bill Moore II (Ava) of Houston, Texas, nephews Charles Shedrick, Lathan Moore (Alyssa), Joshua Taylor, niece Tierney Moore, special cousin Kimberly Williams of Austin, Texas as well as a grandniece and grandnephews, a host of cousins, relatives, and friends.
