Linda Sue (Taylor) Crathers was born September 25, 1951, to Emzy White Jr. and Delores Taylor in Bartlett, Texas. She was the oldest of her siblings. Linda attended Bartlett Schools. Linda worked at Baylor Scott & White Hospital, Temple, Texas for many years and at Will-O-Bell Nursing home, Bartlett, Texas.
Linda was a strong will person, she had a lot of spunk in her. She never met a stranger, and she loved being around people. It was never a dull moment with her, she would say something or call you something outrageously funny. We will truly miss her.
Linda departed this life on Monday, January 12, 2026, at Harker Heights Nursing Rehabilitation in Harker Heights, Texas. She was preceded in death by her mother Delores Taylor and father, Emzy White Jr., sister, Donna White-Pace, brother’s, Raymond Taylor, Johnny Bradford, Darrell Wayne Taylor and a daughter Rachael Lynce.
Left to cherish her memories are three daughters, Nelda Taylor, Louisiana, Octivia Sellers (Avan), Killeen, Texas, Katina Kimble, Belton Texas and one son Bryan K. Taylor of Colorado. Four sisters, Demetrice Taylor of Temple, Texas, Debra White of Ft. Worth, Texas, Debra Taylor-Johnson of Harker Heights, Texas and Karon Vazquez of Okeechobee, Florida. Three brothers, Donald E. White of Ft. Worth, Texas, Patrick Taylor and Christopher Taylor of Temple, Texas; twenty-three grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
