Frank Rodrick Westbrook

August 4, 1975 — April 2, 2026

Frank Rodrick Westbrook was born on August 4, 1975, in Temple, Texas, to Frank White and Anitha Westbrook. He was raised with love and guidance by Tony Davis, who played an important role in his upbringing and life.

Frank accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Love Outreach Church. His faith and family were important foundations throughout his life. Frank was a member of Chosen Generation Ministries.

He attended Temple Public Schools and graduated from Temple High School in 1993. After high school, Frank pursued his passion for cosmetology at Central Texas Beauty School, where he discovered his natural talent and love for doing hair. His warm personality and creativity allowed him to connect with many people through his work. Frank later began working with Girling Home Health Care, where he continued to serve others with compassion and care.

In 1997, Frank relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he built even stronger relationships with family and friends. No matter where life took him, Frank was known for his vibrant personality, his sense of humor, and the joy he brought to those around him. He found great happiness in spending time with family, dancing to music, singing, and making others laugh. His presence could light up any room, and his laughter and spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Frank was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Annie Jo White; his maternal grandparents, Equilla and Louis Peoples, Sr.; his paternal aunt, Irene White; his maternal aunts and uncles, Arthur Peoples Sr., Charles Peoples Sr., Louis “LH” Peoples, Georgia Peoples, Thelma Peoples, and Cynthia Peoples; his beloved niece, Larnesha Westbrook and great nephew Zaalin Burns.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving parents, Anitha Westbrook and Tony Davis of Temple, Texas, and Frank White of Dallas, Texas. His pride and joy his children, Terrel (Jasmine) Morris, Sr. of Temple, Texas; Antoinette “Shay” Meeks; and Antoine (Deaja) Meeks Jr. of Tyler, Texas.

Frank is also survived by his siblings, Glenn (KaSandra) Westbrook Jr., Larry (Michelle) Westbrook Sr., and LaShunta Leach, all of Temple, Texas. He was a proud and loving grandfather to nine grandchildren who affectionately called him “Paw Paw,” a title he carried with great pride and joy.

He also leaves behind 12 nieces and nephews, 21 great nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles, extended family members, and friends who will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.

Frank will be remembered for the joy he carried, the laughter he shared, and the love he poured into his family and everyone around him. Whether he was dancing, singing, or simply enjoying time with those he loved, he had a special way of lighting up a room and making people feel welcomed and valued. Though his journey on earth has ended, the love, memories, and laughter he leaves behind will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
